About Me

I originally joined Weight Watchers in March 2009, and got to my goal weight in April 2011 — it took me just over 2 years to lose 58 pounds!
Not only did I change the way I eat, but there were other changes as well:
— trying new activities, like snowboarding, tennis & bootcamp
— my skin cleared up, goodbye acne
— my confidence grew
— I got to shop for fun clothes, and they fit!

I was able to keep the weight off for 2 years — then things went a little sideways. Now for the past year, I regained 28 pounds and am struggling to lose the weight. So here I am, starting a blog so I can document my commitment and journey to getting back to goal.
